Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School seeks to bear witness to the Gospel values of Jesus Christ at all times, and our mission statement: “Faith in God, Belief in Ourselves, Love for Each Other and Hope for our Future” underpins every aspect of school life.
We believe that everyone, regardless of background, religion, nationality, gender, age or intellectual or physical ability is completely and unconditionally loved by God. As such, we believe that everyone is both deserving of and obliged to give respect and this is reflected in the warm and positive relationships between all members of the school community and the high standard of pupil behaviour.
The School is dedicated to providing not only an excellent education, but a nurturing and caring environment that enables our children to develop spiritually, morally, socially, creatively and physically, as well as academically. We aim to ensure that whatever a child’s ability, gift or talent they are given the opportunity to reach their full potential, and leave Sacred Heart equipped with the knowledge skills and learning experiences necessary for a happy and fulfilled adult life.
